Franklin Patterson, a junior majoring in Marketing with a minor in Communication has been elected President of the 89th administration of the Student Government Association. He is currently serving as a senator for the Robinson College of Business and the chair of the Ad Hoc Safety Committee. He previously served as the Finance Director for the Clarkston campus.

As a Student Government, our basic function should be to enhance the life of each and every student in a positive way. It should be our job to make sure educational facilities are functioning, to ensure our students do not have to worry about safety and to be a voice, as well as a listening ear for the complaints of our students. As Student Government President, I pledge to accomplish the Patterson 3:

  • Increase Student Involvement
  • Increase Career Opportunities for Students
  • Increase Community Outreach
