Constitution and Bylaws

The Georgia State University Student Government Association (SGA) SGA Constitution was updated in 2016 to reflect the addition of the campuses of Perimeter College and again in 2018 after a constitutional referendum, and again in 2021. The current SGA Bylaws were updated on May 6, 2021.
